Human Resource Plan

As the enterprise will be small scale beauty salon it will not necessitate a composite human resource constitution. Generally, in such small beauty salons the owner is chief handler of all the activities of management and keeping a very huge workforce at initial levels is not viable as providing them with responsibilities is complicated.

Human Resource Requirements

The business process can be divided into two broad actions i.e. receiving instruction form the customers regarding their requirements and secondly providing them the required service. However, to successfully run the enterprise an assortment of certain human resources is required that will help to perform the various activities of the business and steer it forward. The human resource requirements are listed as below:

CEO

The chief executing officer will be the researcher who will be responsible for handling and overseen all the activities of the enterprise. The researchers experience in beauty field will aid in the job.

Line Staff

The line staff will comprise of the following:

Ø  Beauticians

Ø  Hairstylists

Ø  Manicure and pedicure specialists

Ø  Assistants to help the beauty professionals

Beauticians

A total of four beauticians have been outlined to be hired initially based on the current scale of resources and operations.

Hairstylists

As haircutting occupies an important part of the salons and it can be seen in any salon that most of the people come for haircuts therefore there will be in total five hairstylist so that there is maximum number of customers can be served at a time.

Manicure and pedicure specialists

Manicure and pedicure is also an important service of beauty salons. There will be two manicure and pedicure specialists in total which would be enough to serve the customers initially.

Assistants

There will be in total three assistants required for assisting the professionals.

Receptionist

There will requirement of one receptionist in the salon.

Internal Management Staff

The internal management staff will comprise of those individuals and professional who will be responsible of handling the daily operations of the salon and ensure its smooth running. They will also be responsible for managing the requirements and needs of the salon and conveying the requirements to CEO. They will also oversee the finances of the salon and will monitor the daily financial transactions of the salon.

They will comprise of the following:

Supervisor

For managing the total line staff that comprise of assortment of professional assigned into different activities there will be requirement of two supervisors in total.

Financial manager

There will be requirement of one financial manager.

Accounting Staff

Accounting staff will manage the daily accounts of the cash transactions of the salon.

Accounting staff will comprise of a one accountant.
