1.1 Purpose of the Business Plan
The
purpose of the business plan is to put forward the feasibility of the business
idea based on the research undertaken by the researcher. Further, the business
plan will also depict the utilization of the research conducted by the
researcher, in formulating various strategies for the business and decision
making regarding the various aspects of the business. The intention is to open
a Private Transport Business in a town named Nellore located in the state known
as Andhra Pradesh in India. The main aim of this transport business is to
transport Husk, which comes as black ash after burning the top layer of Rice in
rice mills to the brick manufacturers to prepare bricks. This husk is also
available in some industrial plants where the quality of husk is not good as
that of rice mills to prepare bricks. This is the exact point in choosing the
husk from rice mills rather than any other industrial plants.
